Roundhouse Commons proposes the adaptive reuse of Philadelphia’s Roundhouse as a place for collective living. Retaining the existing concrete structure and curved façade, the project introduces housing, shared amenities, and public spaces within the building’s architectural framework. The intervention explores how the existing institutional framework can accommodate domestic and communal life through selective retention and new additions.
