supported by the e. lewis dales traveling fellowship, a journey to chile in 2026 to study the work of smiljan radić clarke, the newest pritzker prize laureate. visiting his buildings alongside markets, streets and everyday rituals in and beyond santiago, the trip looks at how his fragile, almost temporary architecture grows out of the landscape and out of the way people in south america live.
